Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your specified address in Saudi Arabia.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or credited to your store wallet within 7 to 10 business days.
